OK mark one for the good guys. The Jury in Tucson Federal Court found the defendant guilty and he is waiting sentencing. AT the trial the jury asked Steve Nicely how much of his salary was made from testifying against Police K-9's and he said 90%. So to all My K-9 handlers, remember this and train daily and document, document, document! To all civilians, Steve Nicley could testify against your dog too, to keep good control on your dog.
